Manual/Direct Payment Handling
If you pay directly via UPI/bank, we manually assign your course and record your details securely.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications, websites, services, and platforms operated by Bunni Education Service Pvt. Ltd., including but not limited to Young Guru Academy, Talk2Partners, and Mindset Building Club (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
- Users under 18 must use the platform under parental or guardian supervision.

- Payments made via Razorpay, Stripe, UPI, or direct bank transfer are subject to third-party terms.
- No refund is guaranteed unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

5. Direct/Manual Payments
- If you pay outside the platform (e.g., UPI or bank transfer), your access will be activated manually.
- You are responsible for verifying payment details before making direct transfers.
6. Code of Conduct
Users must:
- Not post, upload, or share abusive, harmful, or illegal content.
- Not impersonate other users or staff.
- Respect community rules and staff guidance.
- Use audio/video calling only for learning and not for personal or inappropriate purposes.
- Not engage in discrimination on the basis of religion, caste, gender, or any other personal identity.
- Treat all users, staff, and management with respect and dignity.
- Avoid any form of misbehavior, harassment, or offensive language toward management or peers.
Violation of these values may lead to:
- Immediate suspension or termination of account access
- Forfeiture of any fees paid (no refund will be processed in such cases)
7. Result Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or level of success.
- Your learning progress and results depend entirely on your personal effort, consistency, and dedication.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content (videos, documents, designs, branding) is owned by Bunni Education Service Pvt. Ltd.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any material without written consent.
9. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by technical issues or third-party failures.
11. Changes to the Terms

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bunni Education Services Pvt. Ltd. (managing Young Guru Academy, Talk2Partners, and Mindset Building Club), we value your trust. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and simple to understand.
1. General Policy
- All course payments are considered final.
- We do not offer full refunds once access to any course, service, or feature has been guaranteed.
2. Refunds Eligibility Timeline
Refunds are only applicable on courses priced above ₹1500 and only if a cancellation request is received before 15 days of admission.
If eligible, the following refund structure will apply:
Within 3 days of admission: 60% of course fee will be refunded
After 3 days but within 7 days: 50% of course fee will be refunded
After 7 days but before 15 days: 25% of course fee will be refunded
After 15 days: No refund will be issued
Note:
- GST and payment gateway charges (taxes) are non-refundable
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@bunnieducation.com within the timelines
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval
3. Refunds May Also Be Considered If:
- You paid but didn’t receive course access due to a technical error
- You were charged twice (duplicate payment)
- You accidentally sent payment to a bank account or UPI ID that was not officially provided by our team (i.e., an unauthorized or incorrect account). In such cases, we are not responsible, but you may report it within 3 days with full proof, and we will assist if the payment can be traced or recovered.
In such cases, you must:
- Email us within 3 days of the transaction
- Attach payment proof (screenshot, transaction ID)
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind or personal schedule issues
- Non-usage of services after enrollment
- Course not meeting personal expectations
- Slow progress or no improvement in result
- Any misbehavior or violation of our Code of Conduct
5. Cancellation Requests
- If you paid but wish to cancel before course access is guaranteed, email us immediately.
- Once access is given, refund eligibility depends on the timeline above.
